When refunds apply
Digital subscription products are usually fixed under our warranty by replacement. A refund applies when we genuinely can’t deliver or replace what you bought.
- We failed to deliver the credentials within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- The account stopped working and we can’t replace it within a reasonable time (usually 48 hours).
- The product is out of stock and we cannot fulfil within 3 business days.
When refunds don’t apply
- You changed your mind after the credentials were delivered and used.
- The account became inaccessible because you changed the email or password (TOS violation).
- The account was banned by the platform due to your usage outside terms (sharing on too many devices, switching countries via VPN, etc.).
How to request a refund
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order code (
SUN-1234) and the reason. - We respond within 24 hours during business days.
- Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment source (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank) within 3–7 business days.
Store credit alternative
We may offer store credit (1.1× the refund amount) instead of a cash refund. You can decline — refunds are not conditional on accepting credit.
