7-day account replacement
Every subscription product purchased from Sunday is covered by a 7-day account replacement warranty. If the account stops working through no fault of yours within 7 days of purchase, we will replace it for free — no questions asked.
What’s covered
- Account suddenly logs you out and won’t accept the password
- Account becomes inaccessible (not due to your action)
- Plan downgrades from Premium to Free without explanation
- Region or household checks that block access
What’s not covered
- Sharing the account with someone outside your immediate household when the platform’s terms forbid it
- Changing the email or password on the account (this voids the warranty immediately)
- Using the account on more devices than the plan allows
- Issues caused by VPN switching or location spoofing on platforms that do not allow it
- Accounts after the warranty window has expired
How to claim
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order code (e.g.
SUN-1234) and a short description of the issue. - We verify the issue (often within a few minutes during business hours).
- We send you a fresh working account, usually within 1–2 hours.
Beyond 7 days
For some products we offer extended warranty (30, 60, or 90 days) — this is shown on the product page if available. After the warranty period ends, you can re-purchase at customer-loyalty pricing.
