Digital subscriptions
Account credentials are delivered via WhatsApp and email within 5 minutes of payment verification during business hours (10am–11pm PKT, daily). Outside those hours, delivery is typically by 11am the next morning.
Physical products
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days across Pakistan
- Karachi: typically 1–2 business days
- Tracking number is sent on WhatsApp once dispatched
Delivery delays
If your digital order isn’t delivered within 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp with your order code (SUN-1234). If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you’re entitled to a full refund.

Use the order tracker to look up status by order code. You’ll also receive WhatsApp updates when the status changes.
